Amy Dalkoff, Principal, Hill+Knowlton Strategies

Amy Dalkoff is a Principal at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she specializes in media relations, executive visibility and content development for technology and business-to-business clients. Since joining H+K in 2015, Amy has worked with blue chip clients including Aflac, Ceridian, Deloitte, First Data, Oracle, itelligence (a division of NTT Data) and Merge Healthcare, an IBM company, maintaining a keen focus on earned media. Amy cut her teeth at Chicago-based SSPR, where she developed and executed high-impact media relations campaigns for tech startups ranging from food delivery apps to enterprise software providers for corporate M&A. Amy holds a bachelor's degree in English and Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and sits on the Advocacy Council of nonprofit organization Women Employed. She lives in Chicago with her husband.

Emily Messerly, Account Supervisor, Padilla

Emily Messerly brings over five years’ experience guiding innovative communications strategies for some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. With a passion for storytelling, she helps Padilla’s Health practice turn complex science into compelling narratives that resonate across audiences – and achieve clients’ objectives.

Before Padilla, Emily managed data milestones for one of the world’s largest immuno-oncology franchises, implemented consumer insomnia campaigns with advocacy and celebrity partners and supported major regulatory milestones in the U.S., EU and Japan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies with a minor in international studies from the University of Iowa.


The panel discussion will be moderated by Kelsey Schroeder, Account Executive, KemperLesnik (@KemperLesnik) and Co-Chair, YPN committee at PRSA Chicago (@PRSAchicago).

Kelsey Schroeder is a public relations executive at KemperLesnik, a leading Chicago sports marketing agency, where she works across the travel, esport, consumer and B2B teams. In her role, she brings a focus on driving results for clients through media relations, executive positioning and event support. Before joining KemperLensik in 2018, Kelsey spent 3 years with Hill+Knowlton Strategies on the Chicago consumer marketing team, working primarily within the travel, wine and beverage accounts. Kelsey received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from DePaul University in 2015. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new neighborhoods in Chicago, board game nights with her friends and traveling. Passionate about giving back, Kelsey is also on the young professional board for the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation, a local charity supporting young adults with cancer.
